Somewhere along the way I realized that the best Christmas presents were those that were handmade. They also fit my budget the best. But in the midst of making gifts I found that, while I was no Monet, I loved painting. And even more than that, when I gave the finished painting to a friend or family member, it was indescribable. I don't think the most expensive gift I could have purchased could have bought the feeling I felt - or made the smile spread across the face of the one I had made the art for.

I have no art degree. I don't paint landscapes very well. My prices are humble, but my love is big. I love how one flower standing solo on a canvas speaks as loudly as a field of daisies. I enjoy creating art for children - the possibilities are endless. And since their imaginations are always churning, they help create some of the most fun ideas.
